Job Summary
As a Senior Compositor, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality shots that meet the visual and creative standards of the production. You’ll work closely with our VFX Supervisor and CG team, integrating 2D and 3D elements into live-action plates, ensuring seamless photorealism. This is a remote-friendly role, provided you're working and fiscally based in Italy, in compliance with Italian Tax Credit requirements. You will create high-end, photorealistic compositing work for complex shots and collaborate with the VFX Supervisor and production team to meet project deadlines and creative goals. Also, you will integrate CG elements, perform clean-up, roto, and tracking where needed. You are expected to manage shot continuity and look development across sequences and identify and solve creative or technical issues proactively. Also, you are expected to maintain consistent quality and workflow standards.
Must Have
- 5+ years of professional compositing experience
- Proficiency with Nuke
- Strong understanding of color space and grading
- Excellent communication skills in English

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional compositing experience in commercials, music videos, or film/TV
- Proficiency with Nuke (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of color space, grading, and image integration
- Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must be fiscally based in Italy for tax credit compliance
