Job Summary

As an HR Assistant, you will ensure efficient HR operations and a positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, people-focused individual eager to develop skills in a supportive and creative environment. You will collaborate with various departments to maintain consistency and compliance across both Milan and Tenerife studios.

Must Have

  • Support recruitment process: post job ads, review CVs, schedule interviews
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including employment documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, work permits, attendance, leave)
  • Liaise with external providers for payroll, benefits, and administration
  • Ensure HR documentation and databases are organized and compliant
  • Support internal communications and respond to general HR queries
  • Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and team initiatives
  • Collaborate with the HR team in Tenerife for consistent standards
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or HR support role
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of Spain’s employment regulations and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Discreet, approachable, and professional in handling sensitive information
  • Proficient with Google Workspace or similar office software

We are currently seeking an organized and proactive HR Assistant to join our growing team in Tenerife. This is an excellent opportunity for someone in the early stages of their HR career who wants to grow within a dynamic, international studio. You’ll work closely with the HR team, supporting the smooth running of daily HR operations for both the Milan and Tenerife offices.

Job Description

As an HR Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of HR processes and a positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding.

This position is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, people-focused, and eager to develop their skills in a supportive and creative environment. You’ll collaborate with various departments and help maintain consistency and compliance across both studios.

While the role can start remotely, we have a strong preference for candidates already living in Tenerife or planning to relocate soon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process: post job ads, review CVs and reels, and schedule interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including preparing employment documentation and welcome materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (contracts, work permits, attendance, and leave tracking).
  • Liaise with external providers for payroll, benefits, and other administrative needs.
  • Ensure all HR documentation and databases are organized and compliant.
  • Support internal communications and respond to general HR-related queries.
  • Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities, HR events, and team initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team in Tenerife to align practices and ensure consistent standards across locations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of Spain’s employment regulations and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Discreet, approachable, and able to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace or similar office software.
