Job Summary
This HR Intern position at Rocket Game Studio involves participating in recruitment activities for all positions, attracting potential candidates, conducting phone screenings, and scheduling interviews. The intern will also support the onboarding process, contribute ideas for candidate sourcing projects, and manage applicant data. Candidates should be 4th-year or final-year students in HR, Economics, or Business Administration, proactive, and eager to commit to a long-term career in HR.
Must Have
- Participate in recruitment for all required positions.
- Communicate recruitment: Post job ads, attract potential candidates.
- Interview and screen candidates via phone and set up direct interview schedules.
- Support the interview and onboarding process for new employees.
- Research, contribute ideas, and collaborate on candidate sourcing projects.
- Participate in building employer branding.
- Manage applicant data.
- Update and report work as required.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by superiors.
- 4th-year or final-year student in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration.
- Love and orientation to long-term commitment to recruitment, human resources.
- Smart, quick, proactive in work.
Good to Have
- Ability to work full-time is an advantage.
- Priority for candidates with recruitment experience.
- Ability to design content and basic image editing on Canva.
