Job Summary

The HRCOE Manager will be responsible for participating in the construction and improvement of the human resource system, including various modules like recruitment, performance, compensation, and training. This role involves optimizing HR division of labor and processes, ensuring efficient HR operations, and empowering HRBP and SSC teams through specialized solutions and professional training. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of HR experience, and familiarity with HR three pillars and at least two core HR modules.

Must Have

  • Participate in building and improving HR systems (recruitment, performance, compensation, incentives, training, cadre management, corporate culture).
  • Participate in building and improving HR three-pillar system, optimize HR division of labor and processes.
  • Empower HRBP and SSC teams, provide specialized solutions and professional HR training.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 5+ years of human resource experience.
  • Familiar with at least 2 modules among recruitment management, performance management, compensation system, incentive mechanism, training system, cadre management, and corporate culture building.
  • Familiar with HR three pillars.
  • High sense of work responsibility and initiative.
  • Able to handle moderate work pressure.
  • Good learning ability to quickly start COE work and provide professional value.

Good to Have

  • 3+ years of COE related work experience.

Job Description

HRCOE Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in the construction and improvement of the human resource system, including modules such as recruitment management, performance management, compensation system, incentive mechanism, training system, cadre management, and corporate culture building.

2. Participate in the construction and improvement of the HR three-pillar system, optimize human resource division of labor and processes, undertake the implementation of the company's process-oriented organizational construction in human resources, and ensure efficient operation of human resource work.

3. Provide specialized empowerment to HRBP and SSC teams, output specialized solutions, and provide professional human resource training.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of human resource related experience, 3+ years of COE related work experience preferred.

2. Familiar with at least 2 modules among recruitment management, performance management, compensation system, incentive mechanism, training system, cadre management, and corporate culture building; familiar with HR three pillars, experience in building HR three-pillar system preferred.

3. Possess a high sense of work responsibility and initiative, and be able to handle moderate work pressure; possess good learning ability, and be able to quickly start COE related work and provide professional value to the company and business.
