Job Description

This role involves searching, connecting, and building relationships with potential game teams/studios in Vietnam and internationally for publishing cooperation. Responsibilities include analyzing partner capabilities to advise on product strategy, working with internal teams (Product, Game Design, UA/Marketing) during product evaluation and operation, and monitoring publishing projects. The role also requires reporting on product effectiveness, proposing optimization solutions for gameplay, monetization, and UA testing, and staying updated on game market insights and trends. Additionally, the individual will actively expand the partner network and build Rocket Game Studio's image in the game community through events.

Good To Have:

Experience in Game/Tech is preferred
Understanding of game publishing process or related experience in mobile is a plus
English communication is an advantage

Must Have:

At least 6 months of experience in Business Development/Partnership/Sales
Love and basic understanding of the mobile game market
Good communication, confident, proactive in connecting and building relationships
Negotiation skills and flexible problem-solving
Ability to observe, research, analyze potential partners, and manage pipelines effectively
Good mindset, proactive, eager to learn, high sense of responsibility
Professional demeanor, representing Rocket Game Studio's image when working with partners

Income up to 35,000,000 VND/month and total income package of 14-16 months salary/year
Probationary salary: 100% of official salary

JOB DESCRIPTION

Search, connect, and build relationships with potential game teams/studios in Vietnam and internationally for publishing cooperation;
Analyze and evaluate partner capabilities to advise on product strategy and suitable cooperation methods;
Work with internal teams (Product, Game Design, UA/Marketing) during product evaluation – testing – operation;
