ChillBase, an independent game studio, is seeking a Head of People Care Center to establish and grow an employee care function across its global locations. This role is crucial for enhancing processes, services, and benefits, ensuring a comfortable and efficient work environment for a distributed team. The ideal candidate will support studio infrastructure growth, maintain high quality standards, and embody a low-bureaucracy approach.
Must Have
- At least two years of experience in a similar role (Head of Care/Admin/People Operations)
- Experience building or scaling an employee care center
- Experience with corporate benefits and operational support
- Experience building employee-facing services and improving service orientation
- Hands-on experience managing offices and infrastructure services
- Experience leading large relocation or office opening projects
- Experience defining corporate office standards
- Experience managing an administrative team (hiring, onboarding, development)
- Experience with budget planning
- Understanding of HR administration processes and employee relocation
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher

- Experience implementing or supporting culture hubs
- Experience contributing to internal communications and organizing corporate events

To support this growth while maintaining a high standard of quality, we’re expanding the team and looking for a Head of People Care Center to build and develop an employee care function across the company. This role will become a key pillar for our distributed team — improving processes, services, and benefits, and helping shape a work environment that’s both comfortable and efficient.

Expectations
What we want to see:
- At least two years of experience in a similar role such as Head of Care/ Admin/People Operations
- Experience building an employee care center from scratch or scaling an existing one
- Experience working with corporate benefits and their operational support
- Experience building employee facing services and improving service orientation
- Hands on experience managing offices and infrastructure services, including leading large relocation or office opening projects and defining corporate office standards
- Experience managing an administrative team, including hiring, onboarding, and development
- Experience with budget planning
- Understanding of HR administration processes and employee relocation
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Additionally, it would be great to have:

What you will be doing:
- Building and developing the People Care Center
- Improving the work environment and employee experience
- Managing insurance programs, corporate learning initiatives, sports compensation, and other benefit programs, including evaluating their effectiveness and introducing new options
- Supporting strategic initiatives related to office and culture hub development and creating a unified internal environment across all company locations
- Leading a team of office managers and developing the department growth strategy
- Driving projects to improve administrative functions, including implementing reporting systems and efficiency metrics such as SLA and NPS
- Planning the department budget and maintaining reporting
