As a founding engineer, you’ll take end-to-end ownership on core features from product requirements to shipping to end users. This role involves defining the future of CreativeMode, engaging with the growing user base, and working directly with the founders and early team.

That means you’ll have a key role in defining the future of CreativeMode and keep in touch with our growing user base. You’ll work directly with the founders and early team.</p><h4 class="text-lg md:text-xl font-semibold mt-6 mb-2 text-gray-800">You’d be a great fit if you:</h4><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed"><strong>Philosophy:</strong> You love to ship fast and make an impact. You have a high bar for quality and love moving from ideation to solution in the hands of our users as quickly as possible. We want someone with high agency and a balance between technical obsession and pragmatism.</li><li class="leading-relaxed"><strong>Experience:</strong> You have 1 to 5 years of experience building real world applications</li><li class="leading-relaxed"><strong>Language:</strong> You’re exceptional at Python, Go, TypeScript or similar</li><li class="leading-relaxed"><strong>Tools:</strong> Build your own tools as needed and love to use tools like Cursor to maximize your velocity. You improve systems along the way to help the entire team move faster and faster.</li><li class="leading-relaxed"><strong>Culture:</strong> <strong>We’re In-person in SF</strong>. We have a beautiful office in Chinatown that we share with several other YC/MIT startups. We’re taking that evolution to its next stage by giving every player the power of a game studio at their fingertips.</p><p class="my-4 text-gray-700 leading-relaxed">In just our first three months, we built the most powerful no-code modding platform ever for Minecraft and created a double digit percentage of all mods ever released. We're building the flagship product in an entirely new category of gaming tools. And Minecraft is only the beginning.</p>

Available in our Orlando, Bartow, Tampa, and Fort Lauderdale offices, the May–August program offers exposure to PGA’s core disciplines, Roadway, Drainage, Structures, and Traffic/ITS, as well as Planning, Landscape Architecture, Facilities Preservation, Marketing, GIS, PD&E, Design Development, and Environmental.
