Founding Growth & Content

As the founding member of our Growth team, you will work directly with the CEO to create CreativeMode’s growth engine. We’re looking for a “Swiss-army knife” to help us ideate, experiment, and execute on various growth channels focusing on Social Media, Influencer Partnerships, and Community/PLG. CreativeMode enables players to create mods for their favorite video games without coding, starting with Minecraft. We're building the flagship product in an entirely new category of gaming tools, aiming to scale to millions of users.

Must Have

• Ideate, experiment, and execute on various growth channels

• Possess an insane viral sense and ability to create and operate a content team

• Design, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid ads, SEO, partnerships, content marketing, social media, community engagement, and product-led growth
• Exhibit an experimentation mindset, defining hypotheses and iterating based on data
• Show a bias for action, taking ownership and moving fast
• Embrace a startup mindset, tackling hard problems and dedicating necessary effort
• Work in-person at the San Francisco office

We’re looking for a “Swiss-army knife” to help us ideate, experiment, and execute on various growth channels and use a combination of intuition and metrics to find the highest leverage and exploitable channels. The channels we will focus on are Social Media, Influencer Partnerships, and Community/PLG. Ideally you have a passion for gaming and can directly liaison with the community. You should have an insane viral sense and ability to create content and operate a content team.

Requirements and Skills:

• Full-Stack Growth Expertise - Proven ability to design, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid ads, SEO, partnerships, content marketing, social media, community engagement, and product-led growth.
• Experimentation Mindset - Comfortable defining hypotheses, running experiments, and rapidly iterating based on data and feedback.
• Bias for Action - Takes ownership and moves fast without sacrificing quality
• Startup Mindset - We’re building a category-defining product from the ground up. That isn’t easy and it isn’t for everyone. You need to be willing to work on hard, unsolved problems and put in the hours. You’ll be rewarded with massive upside and hard-earned experience.
• In-person in SF - We have a beautiful office in Chinatown that we share with several other YC/MIT startups. You’ll be in one of the most focused and talent dense offices in the city.
