  • Deep understanding of SEO principles and their application to social media.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

  • Manage and grow our social media communities, fostering meaningful interactions and building strong relationships with followers.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using data to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve the visibility and reach of our social media content.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance optimization.
  • Coordinate with influencers and partners to expand our brand's reach and engagement.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase social media engagement and followers.
  • Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with the hospitality and tourism sector is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish will be valued.
