Must Have:
  • 4–6 years of hands-on execution experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or Tech-enabled Services.
  • Proven ability to run global campaigns, generating qualified leads across India, US, UK, Canada, and Germany.
  • Great deal of knowledge & experience of SEO, Paid Media, Lead Generation, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
  • Tool expertise: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, WordPress, SEMRush, GA4, WhatsApp for Business, Looker Studio.
  • Comfortable applying Generative AI to marketing workflows.
  • Familiarity with CRO tools like MS Clarity, Hotjar, VWO, and conducting website experiments.
  • Proactive mindset, strong presentation skills, and clarity in written and spoken communication.
  • Must be data-savvy, curious, and high on ownership.

Job description

Who we are looking for:

A hands-on digital marketer who lives and breathes SEO, Ads, and Analytics. Someone who doesn’t wait for briefs but actively builds, runs, and improves campaigns that drive leads and brand recall in global markets. If you’re someone who thinks in funnels, experiments with A/B testing, and collaborates across teams to deliver results; this role is for you.

What you’ll do (Plan → Execute → Evaluate → Improve):

  • Lead Gen & Performance Marketing
  • Run campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) for Indian & global lead generation.
  • Partner with Sales/Product to align on segments, messaging & qualified lead flow.
  • SEO & Organic Growth
  • Build SEO & SEM strategies to drive organic traffic and conversions.
  • Manage and optimise the website (WordPress CMS) for search and UX.
  • Email & CRM Marketing
  • Execute email & WhatsApp campaigns (newsletters, nurture, cold outreach) using Mailchimp, WhatsApp for Business & Zoho CRM.
  • Manage lead data, workflows, and hygiene in CRM system.
  • Analytics & Optimization
  • Track and analyse performance using GA4, SEMRush, MS Excel, Ahrefs etc.
  • Run CRO experiments (A/B tests, landing page tweaks, funnels).
  • Campaign Innovation & Execution
  • Leverage AI tools for creative ideas and faster execution.
  • Collaborate with freelancers/agencies as needed- but stay hands-on yourself.
