Job Description

Axel Springer Corporate Solutions, the agency unit of Europe's leading digital media group, is seeking a Creative Strategist. This role involves developing creative and communicative strategies, conceiving campaigns and brand concepts, and identifying cultural and digital trends. You will work within an interdisciplinary strategy and creative team, collaborating with data, design, and production experts to create impactful campaigns and storytelling formats for clients like Volkswagen Group and Lufthansa. Must Have:
  • Develop creative and communicative strategies for internal and external communication across various channels and formats.
  • Conceive concepts, core messages, and leitmotifs for campaigns, products, and pitches to effectively position brands.
  • Identify cultural, digital, and creative trends and transform them into insights for innovative ideas.
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative research projects with interviews, surveys, and stakeholder input to secure data-driven strategies.
  • Work closely with creative and production teams as well as internal and external stakeholders to realize strong concepts and campaigns.
  • Moderate workshops, idea sessions, and strategic sprints to foster clear direction and creative energy in the team.
  • Develop brand and content storytelling to ensure messages are consistent and effective across markets and target groups.
  • Proven experience in creative or strategic functions, ideally in agencies, brands, or interdisciplinary environments.
  • Utilize understanding of cultural and platform-specific trends to develop innovative and effective creative solutions.
  • Confidently apply research methods such as Social Listening, target group segmentation, and performance analysis (e.g., GA, Brandwatch, Sprinklr).
  • Excel in briefing and collaborating with creative teams from design, editorial, motion, UX/UI, and production.
  • Possess strong communication skills and experience in managing and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design and moderate workshops or collaborative sessions that promote creative clarity and strategic alignment.
  • Communicate proficiently in German (C2) and English (C1).

  • Design and moderate workshops or collaborative sessions that promote creative clarity and strategic alignment.
  • You communicate proficiently in German (C2) and English (C1).
