In this key role, you actively contribute – as an organizational talent, coordinator, confidante, and digital enabler.
What you will move with us:
- Responsibility for the entire office management of the CFO
- Organization, preparation, and follow-up of meetings, travel, and events at top-management level
- Independent communication with internal and external stakeholders – at eye level, trustfully, and professionally
- Contact person and coordination point for the entire leadership team
- Management and prioritization of information and task management in a dynamic environment
- Active involvement in strategic projects and taking on own work streams
- Proficient use of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Notion AI) for efficiency, research, analysis, and text generation
- Building a robust network within the organization and sensitive handling of confidential information
What you bring with you:

- Several years of professional experience in top-management support – ideally in a corporate or consulting environment
- Excellent organizational skills and high quality standards
