As part of our growth, we are looking for our future Collections and Litigation Officer specializing in finance (M/F).

Job Description

Your missions:

Payment tracking:

• Monitor and manage payments for financed vehicles, including interest and fines
• Maintain accurate records of received payments and outstanding balances

Payment reminders:

• Call partners to follow up on late payments
• Negotiate payment plans with overdue partners

Dispute management:

• Identify and resolve payment issues in collaboration with partners and internal teams (local and HQ)
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to relevant teams and management
• Send formal notices to defaulting commercial partners

Reports and alerts:

• Prepare regular reports on collection status and late payments
• Communicate daily with our HQ collections team and update shared tracking tools
• Alert management in case of recurring problems or financial risks

Process improvement:

• Participate in continuous improvement of collection processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize payment tracking procedures

Qualifications

Fluent English (written and oral) is essential.

Additional Information

Gross annual salary (over 12 months): €34,000 (fixed) + €2,000 (variable).
