Job Description
- Analysis of financial statements of the bank's corporate borrowers, review, analysis, and risk assessment of credit projects
- Preparation of risk conclusions for reviewed credit projects
- Participation in the bank's credit committee and making decisions on submitted credit applications
- Management of the existing portfolio, assessment of existing borrowers, and provisioning according to internal instructions;
- Processing of information required for reports by the National Bank of Georgia's supervision
- Management of the existing credit portfolio, review, assessment, and analysis of borrowers' financial monitoring
- Production of internal reports for the department
- Credit portfolio analysis;
- Preparation of portfolio analysis presentations
- Initiation and management of strategic projects for the development of the risk department
- Participation in the implementation of strategic projects for the development of related departments
- Obtaining necessary information for reports and analysis from other departments;
- Processing information for various types of reports, preparing reports
Qualifications
- Higher education (Bachelor's) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics;
- Master's degree in Finance and Economics will be considered an advantage;
- Additional education in finance (CFA, ACCA, and other programs, participation) will be considered an advantage;
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the financial sector, work experience in large business lending;
- High-level knowledge of Excel;
- Minimum 4 years of practical experience with financial statements and high-level knowledge of finance;
- Ability to think beyond daily duties and initiate and manage strategic tasks for department development
- Ability to think logically, adapt to stressful environments, and make optimal decisions;
- High-level knowledge of English. Knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered an advantage
