We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Risk Investigator, ODD to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) activities, ensuring adherence to established procedures and standards. You will work to enhance existing queues to be BPO ready and develop new KYC/EDD controls to support new product launches, such as personal banking\* services. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve Mercury's KYC program by implementing automation, customer risk ratings, and 3rd party verification software while minimizing customer friction. You will report directly to the ODD Manager and will be supported by a highly functional Risk team.
