Mercury’s marketing team is ~50 people across brand, growth, product marketing, and design — working together to scale our reach, connect with new audiences, and bring ambitious creative ideas to market. To get our most impactful efforts into the world seamlessly, we need someone focused on elevating how we operate so the team can focus their energy on doing their best work.
We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to help us do just that. This role has two core pillars: program management (designing systems, processes, and automations that scale) and project management (driving campaigns and initiatives to completion). You’ll help create the workflows, tools, and operating rhythms that make the marketing team more effective, and you’ll also manage our most important projects directly — ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
You’ll also bring an ability to spot automation opportunities in how the team works. We’re experimenting with custom GPTs and workflow automations; you’ll help take that further — finding practical ways to save time, reduce busywork, and improve outcomes.
This is a high-leverage, cross-functional role for someone who loves both operational problem-solving and hands-on execution. You’ll collaborate with leaders across the team on priorities, while working day-to-day with the designers, copywriters, product marketers, and more who bring our work to life.
