You will belong to a group that constantly and actively works to get better and have more fun together!Project, Control & Management (PCM) currently consists of project managers with 0 to 25 years of experience from leading roles in the industry, and most of us are certified according to PMI or PRINCE2. We are all engineers with a genuine interest in technology at heart, but our common driving force is the desire to develop in leadership and project management.Within PCM, we have various roles in project management, project and program control, and project coordination. Our expertise is primarily in production and product development. Assignments mainly take place at our customers' premises or in our own facilities.We currently see a need at our close customer who delivers advanced, technical solutions in defense, aviation, and security with a focus on development, manufacturing, and support for the global market.## Requirements SpecificationFor this position, we are looking for someone with at least 3-5 years of work experience in project management within industry, preferably from production or product development. You are an engineer, and it is an advantage if you have experience with projects in various industries, e.g., automotive, defense, pulp & paper, energy, or similar.As a person, you are meticulous and driven with a great technical interest. You want to create successful teams, are driven by solving challenges together with others, and you always contribute that little extra. Your ability to communicate with many different stakeholders in a professional and effective manner is important. The applicant must have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.For some of our customers, a security check and drug test are mandatory, which you must be comfortable with.For this role, we are looking for someone based in the Stockholm area but who is travel-ready and can consider consulting assignments that may involve weekly commuting.## Further InformationWe are a large global company that offers future internal career development, which is naturally supported.
