Role Overview
As an Operational Developer within NCC’s Business Area Building Nordics (BABN), you’ll play a pivotal role in driving transformation and operational excellence across Denmark, Finland, and Norway. You’ll support digitalization, coordinate development initiatives, and ensure effective planning and follow-up across implementation projects. This role is based in either Copenhagen or Solna, Stockholm, and involves travel across the Nordic region.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the common development workstream across BABN
- Maintain and update the operational development plan to support strategic decision-making
- Support implementation projects with templates, reporting tools, and benefit realization frameworks
- Collaborate with division teams to assess and follow up resource needs and availability
- Facilitate communication of business needs and priorities across teams and stakeholders
- Assist in defining and tracking expected business value and benefits
- Gather and coordinate local IT development needs
- Contribute to the development of governance structures for common development
Desired Profile
We’re looking for a self-driven individual with a passion for improving business operations and a proven track record for planning and coordination. You should thrive in a multi-country environment and be comfortable working across diverse teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant experience in transformation management and/or project planning
- Strong planning and project status management skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to simplify complexity and visualize business needs
- Understanding of construction or project-driven business models is a plus
- Familiarity with change management (PROSCI certification is an advantage)
- Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language
- B.Sc. and/or 5 years relevant business experience
