Business Operations Analyst

The Opportunity

“We are looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented, and motivated team member with a passion for providing accurate data analysis and business operations support. This role provides a great opportunity to contribute to the FICO Scores Business, which translates to opportunities for you to learn and grow.” – Business Operations Director.

What You'll Contribute

• Royalty analysis, financial tracking, and management reporting for Global Scores Business.
• Work closely with Global Scores Functional teams and FICO Corporate Services.
• Assist the Scores team with Vendor Management and expense management tasks.
• Participate in product operations meetings.
• Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
• Perform ad-hoc projects and analysis as requested.

What We’re Seeking

• Degree in Business (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Operations) or similar/related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience analyzing large data sets.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Business Apps (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience using Oracle, Tableau, SQL, Snowflake or similar technology is a plus.
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to do in-depth research.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams, across time zones.

• The targeted base pay range for this role is: $70,000 to $110,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
