Job Description

FICO is seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to support the Global Scores Business. This role involves royalty analysis, financial tracking, management reporting, vendor and expense management, and participation in product operations meetings. The analyst will handle confidential information, perform ad-hoc projects, and contribute to the FICO Scores Business, offering opportunities for learning and growth within a world-class team.
Good To Have:
  • Experience using Oracle, Tableau, SQL, Snowflake or similar technology.
Must Have:
  • Royalty analysis, financial tracking, and management reporting for Global Scores Business.
  • Work closely with Global Scores Functional teams and FICO Corporate Services.
  • Assist the Scores team with Vendor Management and expense management tasks.
  • Participate in product operations meetings.
  • Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and analysis as requested.
  • Degree in Business (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Operations) or similar/related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience analyzing large data sets.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Business Apps (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to do in-depth research.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams, across time zones.

What We’re Seeking
