Responsibilities:

The person employed in this position will be responsible for:

• Supporting the legal team in ongoing legal services for the Company listed on the WSE,
• preparing and developing draft agreements, including intellectual property, corporate documents, internal regulations and policies, and other acts regulating the functioning of capital companies and their bodies,
• identifying and analyzing legal problems within the Company,
• collaborating and providing substantive support to other departments of the Company,
• other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher legal education and status of a legal counsel/attorney trainee or completed legal counsel/attorney traineeship,
• very good knowledge of intellectual property law,
• knowledge of civil law and commercial companies law, including regulations concerning companies listed on the WSE,
• advanced knowledge of English, including legal terminology,
• experience in serving entrepreneurs gained in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer,
• ability to work independently on assigned tasks and to work in a team (not only lawyers).

Nice to have:

• Interest in the video game industry and related experience will be an additional asset,
• knowledge of labor law, personal data protection law, and experience in legal services for an entity listed on the WSE or NewConnect.
