Publicis Groupe is seeking a Digital Performance Director to lead an incoming international client. This senior role involves driving measurable digital growth, acting as a trusted advisor to clients, and building a state-of-the-art digital performance setup. The director will shape digital transformation journeys, orchestrate best-in-class execution across paid media, data, and technology platforms, and lead client relationships at a senior level.
Must Have:
  • Lead client relationships at a senior level, translating business objectives into digital performance strategies.
  • Drive holistic performance marketing solutions across paid media, CRM, analytics, and martech integrations.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to unlock growth through automation, personalization, and data-driven media activation.
  • Collaborate with cross-agency teams (strategy, creative, data, and media) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on platform developments, privacy regulation, and martech innovations.
  • Mentor and inspire a high-performing team of digital specialists.
  • Proven experience leading client accounts in a media agency or consultancy environment at a senior level.
  • E-com experience, with a focus on constantly finding the next sale for our customers.
  • Strong track record in digital performance marketing.
  • Solid martech knowledge (CDPs, analytics, CRM, automation, tagging, integrations).
  • Skilled at stakeholder management, with the ability to lead C-level conversations and challenge with insight.
  • Commercially driven, with experience developing business strategies that tie digital investment to ROI.
  • A natural leader and coach, with the ability to inspire teams and foster collaboration.

Publicis Groupe is growing, and we’re looking for a Digital Performance Director to lead an incoming international client. You’ll be the driving force behind leading and developing the client, building strong partnerships and ensuring outstanding delivery.

The Role

We are looking for a Digital Performance Director to join our team and take charge of driving measurable digital growth for some of Denmark’s most ambitious brands. In this senior role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring that digital performance, martech solutions, and media strategies are seamlessly connected to business outcomes. You will also play a pivotal role in building a state of art digital performance setup.

You will be the key contact for senior stakeholders, shaping their digital transformation journeys while orchestrating best-in-class execution across paid media, data, and technology platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Lead client relationships at a senior level, translating business objectives into digital performance strategies.
  • Drive holistic performance marketing solutions across paid media, CRM, analytics, and martech integrations.
