This is a 6- to 12-month contract role with the possibility of extension. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. The company provides benefits for a 40-hour work week and weekly paychecks (W2) for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement digital marketing campaigns that enhance search results, conversions, and lead generation.
- Keep social media platforms and the website up-to-date, collaborating with various departments to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Lead email marketing initiatives and automation programs using Marketo, working closely with Product Merchandise, Sales, and other stakeholders.
- Optimize content through A/B testing and multivariate testing to refine the customer journey.
- Utilize advanced Marketo features like automated nurture streams, personalized landing pages, and smart audiences.
- Create engaging and educational content to boost organic search traffic, e-commerce transactions, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the in-house creative agency and Conductor to enhance landing pages and webpages for SEO.
Qualifications:
- 1–5 years of experience in a related field.
- Business-to-Business (B2B) Marketing experience.
- Proficiency in Canva.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience.
- Experience with Marketing Automation (Marketo).
- Brand marketing experience (preferred).
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM) experience (preferred).
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience (preferred).
