As a key player in developing multi-channel creative marketing assets, you'll contribute to the success of renowned brands like Vogue, Vanity Fair, GQ, and more. Your role will be pivotal in crafting compelling paid media creative, with a strong emphasis on social media platforms, to drive consumer engagement and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce captivating digital assets, including graphics, animations, and video content, tailored for platforms such as YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit.
- Utilize motion graphics and video editing skills to create visually stunning and engaging content.
- Stay ahead of trends by leveraging new social media apps and software, ensuring optimized platform-specific assets.
- Align all creative elements with brand standards and the overarching creative vision.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director, Senior Designers, and Marketing Strategists to harness data insights, optimizing creative performance.
- Maintain open communication with the Project Management team, providing updates on timelines and project progress.
- Organize and manage media assets for seamless access and retrieval.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in designing social media campaigns, with a focus on consumer engagement and revenue generation.
- Expertise in paid media creative guidelines across major platforms.
- A robust portfolio showcasing diverse, high-quality design projects.
- Strong grasp of design principles, including typography, color theory, and UX design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proactive in staying updated with industry trends and adaptable to new design approaches.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and other design tools.
