Overview
Maintains quality output of all programs to ensure customer retention, customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this role you will work directly with the Quality Assurance Manager, Account Teams, and Internal Support Teams on the implementation of the Epsilon product line.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Achieve
- Daily communication with managers to ensure most current product knowledge.
- Act as a liaison between Program Management/Client
- Review program specification prior to mailing.
- Be proactive in researching any potential issues using the current program system
- Research daily concerns or issues and deliver resolution in a timely manner.
- Maintain an inventory of program samples to be supplied to the Service Team
- Responsible for knowing program participation numbers.
- Perform other related duties as needed to support corporate objectives.
- Act in the best interest of the company by applying stated corporate values.
- Inspecting output samples, comparing to standards, measuring dimension and specs

- High School Diploma, required
- Conscientious and detail oriented

- Intermediate level computer competency

Compensation Range: $33,535 - $40,280 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
