Job Summary

Publicis Groupe, a leading communication and business solutions agency, is seeking a Media Assistant - Brand. This role supports awareness and consideration campaigns, focusing on organization, QA of materials, and execution of routines across TV, PayTV, OOH, radio, online video, and social full-funnel. The position is crucial for maintaining operational consistency within the Brand team, contributing to client success and market leadership.

Must Have

  • Support TV, OOH, and PayTV routines, including material organization and delivery monitoring.
  • Assist in issuing PIs/PMs with media and suppliers.
  • Help control and organize materials (pieces, scripts, assets).
  • Update delivery spreadsheets, flows, and schedules.
  • Support the execution of digital campaigns (video and social upper-funnel) on Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Contribute to invoice control, billing, and broadcast verification.
  • Perform basic QA of pieces, UTMs, links, and naming.
  • Assist in communication with vehicles, publishers, and suppliers.
  • Support the area in various operational tasks (checklists, alignments, uploads, tracking).

Good to Have

  • Basic knowledge of media metrics and processes.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads, YouTube, TikTok, or Globo Ads (not mandatory).

Job Description

Support the operation of awareness and consideration campaigns, contributing to the organization, QA of materials, and execution of routines in TV, PayTV, OOH, radio, online video, and full-funnel social. This is an essential position to maintain the operational consistency of the Brand team.

Responsibilities (Candidate Requirements)

  • Degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising (completed or in progress).
  • Intermediate English (reports, reading, and global environment).
  • Intermediate Excel/Sheets.
  • Desirable basic knowledge of media metrics and processes.
  • Interesting to have familiarity with Meta Ads, YouTube, TikTok, or Globo Ads (not mandatory).
  • Experience of up to 1–2 years (internships also considered).
