Job Summary
Publicis Groupe, a global communications group, is seeking a Programmatic Specialist for Starcom in Barcelona, Spain. This hybrid role involves managing and optimizing full-funnel programmatic campaigns across various DSPs, including DV360. The specialist will analyze campaign results, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain external partner relationships. Candidates should have a university degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Economics, or at least one year of programmatic experience, with knowledge of DSPs and ad servers. Proficiency in Spanish is required.
Must Have
- Manage setup and day-to-day optimization of full funnel programmatic campaigns across DV360 and other DSPs
- Analyze and report on campaign results highlighting insights and learnings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams within the agency
- Maintain and nurture relationships with main external partners such as Google and local publishers
- Stay on top of trends, innovations, and opportunities in the programmatic and publisher landscape
- University degree related to Marketing, Advertising or Economics or +1 year of experience in programmatic
- Knowledge of main DSPs, ideally in DV360
- Knowledge of ad server use cases: DCM, Sizmek, Weborama
- Experience with awareness, consideration and performance campaigns through video, audio and display strategies
- Proficiency in Spanish

Overview
As a Programmatic Specialist you will work with a top-tier brand, helping them to achieve their media buying objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the setup and day-to-day optimization of full funnel programmatic campaigns across DV360 and other DSP’s.
- Analyze and report on campaign results highlighting insights and learnings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams within the agency to ensure processes go smoothly.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with our main external partners such as Google and several local publishers.
- Stay on top of trends, innovations, and opportunities in the programmatic and publisher landscape.
Qualifications
- University degree related to Marketing, Advertising or Economics or +1 year of experience in programmatic
- Knowledge of main DSPs, ideally in DV360
- Knowledge of ad server use cases: DCM, Sizmek, Weborama...
- Experience with awareness, consideration and performance campaigns through video, audio and display strategies.
- Proficiency in Spanish and desired advanced English.
