Job Description

Egnyte is seeking an Order Management Analyst to join their Order-to-Cash team. This role involves reviewing and processing sales orders and contracts in Salesforce and NetSuite, adapting to evolving product lines, and managing inquiry queues. The analyst will collaborate with various departments to resolve order issues and support month-end close activities, contributing to operational improvements and system optimization for Egnyte's secure multi-cloud platform.
Must Have:
  • Review orders and contracts in Salesforce for compliance.
  • Process Sales Orders and contracts in Salesforce and NetSuite.
  • Adapt to changing processes and product line changes.
  • Manage inquiry queue within required SLA.
  • Support month-end close, quarterly financial review, and audit.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Deals Desk, and Finance partners.
  • Assist in process documentation and change initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • Ability to work Night Shift (coverage through 4:30 pm PST).
  • Proficiency with Excel (Pivot tables, Look-Up formulas).
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with Zendesk or other customer service platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Our Order-to-Cash team supports our customers by proactively identifying opportunities for operational improvements and system optimization. The successful candidate will have a record of success in thinking outside the box to find optimal and scalable solutions to problems.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Review orders and contracts in Salesforce for compliance with product structure.
  • Process and Manage Sales Orders and contracts in our internal application, Salesforce, and NetSuite
  • Adapt to changing processes and technical and contractual changes in the growing product line
  • Manage the inquiry queue in the required SLA for internal and external partners.
  • Participate in month-end close: support quarterly financial review and audit
  • Good multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Deals Desk, and Finance partners to resolve non-compliant orders to resolve deployment bottlenecks
  • Assist in process documentation and department process change initiatives

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Willing and ability to work Night Shift, coverage through 4:30 pm PST
  • Proficiency with Excel (Pivot tables, Look-Up formulas)
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with Zendesk or other Customer service platforms
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including understanding how to tailor messages toward different audiences and conveying the objective clearly
