Overview
Your role
A Senior Strategist with at least 6 years of agency experience (social, influencer, or PR). Someone who spots trends before they are trending, understands behavior, and knows how to translate stories into content that people cannot ignore. You are curious, creative, and always looking for new ways to make brands relevant and distinctive.
Responsibilities
What you will do
- Spotting trends, consumer insights, and opportunities that strengthen the brand.
- Writing clear briefings that truly inspire creative teams.
- Making the brand speak on every social channel and ensuring it resonates with the target audience.
- Advising clients and jointly elevating creative ideas.
- Collaborating with designers, copywriters, and content creators to create content that works.
- Pushing boundaries and challenging the creative team to deliver top work.
- Mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge.
- Devising and executing (social) strategies that make an impact.
Qualifications
Who you are
- Minimum 6 years of agency experience in a strategic role (social/influencer/PR).
- Fluent Dutch, strong English skills.
