The Executive Assistant supports top executives at Aristocrat, a global gaming industry leader. This role involves coordinating calendars, managing travel, handling sensitive information, preparing meeting materials, and acting as a key point of contact. The position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless operations for the leadership team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Must Have

  • Coordinate sophisticated calendars, meetings, and events across time zones for executives.
  • Handle sensitive business information and communications with absolute discretion and integrity.
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, talking points, and follow-up actions for leadership meetings.
  • Arrange and manage travel itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics for executives.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external collaborators, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
  • Manage expense reporting, document control, project tracking, and other administrative processes.
  • Support leadership offsites, conferences, and customer events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Align with leadership cadence and deliverables, ensuring priorities are met across both functions.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates agility, discretion, and integrity in all interactions.
  • Ability to work beyond standard business hours when required.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate sophisticated calendars, meetings, and events across time zones for executives, anticipating needs and handling conflicts.
  • Handle sensitive business information and communications with absolute discretion and integrity.
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, talking points, and follow-up actions for leadership meetings, town halls, and offsite events.
  • Arrange and manage travel itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics for executives.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external collaborators, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
  • Manage expense reporting, document control, project tracking, and other administrative processes.
  • Support leadership offsites, conferences, and customer events, ensuring seamless execution.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Concur, etc.).
  • Demonstrates agility, discretion, and integrity in all interactions.
  • Ability to work beyond standard business hours when required

Pay Range

$77,460 - $143,855 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
