The Senior Vice President, Change Management at Razorfish is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving internal and client-side transformation programs. This involves aligning stakeholder experiences around complex, technology-driven change, leading unified messaging, behavioral change, and capability confidence. The role focuses on translating technical changes into compelling narratives, measuring engagement, building advocacy programs, managing change fatigue, and designing learning interventions to ensure adoption and advocacy across teams and markets.
Must Have
- Develop and execute enterprise change and adoption strategy

- 15+ years of experience in large-scale change initiatives
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Experience leading technology modernization, product evolutions, and large-scale enterprise software implementation
- Proven ability to craft and execute communication strategies that inspire behavioral change across diverse global teams
- Strong track record in internal engagement campaigns (within transformation programs)
- Deep expertise in structured change methodologies and internal communications tools
- Experience leading learning and enablement programs
- Experience advising C-suite executives in digital, marketing, CRM, or transformation contexts
- Understanding of omni-channel marketing ecosystems and customer-led marketing strategies
- Ability to navigate in complex environments with global stakeholders
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence
- Clear understanding of business transformation and adoption cycles
- Demonstrated ability to use data-driven insights to refine communication strategy
- Degree in Communications, Organizational Change, Marketing, or a related field

Overview
The SVP, Change Management is the senior-most advocate for change within the organization, leading both internal and client-side transformation programs that blend digital, marketing, and operational initiatives. This is a strategic leadership role to align stakeholder experiences around complex, technology-driven change, driving unified messaging, behavioral change, and capability confidence across markets and teams. By combining storytelling, marketing-style communications, and bite-sized learning interventions, this leader ensures that every stakeholder understands the “why,” “how,” and “what” of change - transforming adoption into advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the ongoing enterprise change and adoption strategy that spans transformation initiatives, both internal and client-side.
- Drive clear, client-side communications and proactively identify the priorities and needs of diverse sets of client stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical changes into clear, compelling narratives that connect to marketer value and business impact.
- Partner with Measurement team to identify communication gaps, measure engagement, and adapt content based on feedback and analytics, tying communications effectiveness to tangible business outcomes.
- Build influence and advocacy programs, identifying change champions and enabling them to drive adoption within their teams.
- Proactively manage change fatigue and capability overload through targeted messaging and prioritization support.
- Partner with the Learning & Operations teams to design micro-learning and bite-sized training modules that drive self-sufficiency and reinforce key behaviors.
- Curate and publish self-service resources that enable on-demand learning.
- Collaborate with PMO and Product Leads to synchronize communications with delivery plans, milestones, and pilots.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in leading large-scale change initiatives, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience leading transformation initiatives, including technology modernization, product evolutions, and large-scale enterprise software implementation.
- Proven ability to craft and execute communication strategies that inspire behavioral change across diverse global teams.
- Strong track record in internal engagement campaigns, ideally within transformation programs.
- Deep expertise in structured change methodologies and internal communications tools.
- Experience leading learning and enablement programs.
- Experience advising C-suite executives in digital, marketing, CRM, or transformation contexts, with agency or consulting experience preferred.
- Understanding of omni-channel marketing ecosystems and customer-led marketing strategies.
- Ability to navigate in complex environments with global stakeholders.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence, with a clear understanding of business transformation and adoption cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to use data-driven insights to refine communication strategy.

Compensation Range: $176,700.00-$251,100.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
