Job Description
Pay rate $23.50 with shift premiums of $0.50 for hours worked 4pm-midnight and $1.00 for hours worked midnight-8am.
Longevity premium of $0.25 after one year of service. Attendance Premium of $0.25.

Essential Job Duties:
- Assign duties to Dock personnel as needed to complete shipments.
- Review order with the Billing Department for accuracy.
- Utilize WMS and SAP computer systems in the order fulfillment process.
- Meet departure deadlines for scheduled shipments and routes.
- Report to Supervisor any issues or concerns encountered and update on order fulfillment.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and assist other plant personnel in various areas of the plant as needed.
- Maintain and improve quality and food safety to ensure compliance with Company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Currently an active Dock Worker within a minimum of one-year experience on the Dock.
- Report regularly and on time to work as well as work all required hours, including overtime and weekends as scheduled.
- Understand and follow established rules and procedures as well as accept constructive feedback.
- Work safely and set an example of good working safe habits.
- Follow established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all Food Safety procedures.
- Must be self-motivated and be able to work in a very cold environment.
- Must have the ability to obtain forklift, pallet jack, and yard goat certification.
- Ability to lift boxes weighing between 50 to 80 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be willing and able to work various shifts, overtime, and none standard work hours.
- Stand on concrete floor, grating, or metal stand for prolonged periods.
- Must have demonstrated history of dependability, particularly with regard to safety and attendance.
