Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. In this role, you will greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, support administrative tasks, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient front-desk environment.
Must Have:
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take accurate messages
  • Maintain the reception area: ensure cleanliness, organization, and stock of essential materials
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
  • Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and monitor access to the office
  • Schedule and manage meeting rooms; coordinate appointments
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, copying, faxing, and scanning
  • Order and manage office supplies inventory
  • Provide basic information to visitors and employees; escalate inquiries when needed
  • Ensure front-desk security protocols are followed
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with standard office software
  • Familiarity with office equipment

  • Order and manage office supplies inventory
  • Provide basic information to visitors and employees; escalate inquiries when needed
  • Ensure front-desk security protocols are followed (e.g. monitoring access, reporting suspicious activity)

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, multi-line phones)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
