FromSoftware is seeking a Graphic Supervisor specializing in lighting for its Kita-Shinjuku office.  Responsibilities include suggesting and advising on effective lighting techniques, performing quality control focused on lighting, creating designs, retouching images, and participating in CG production.  The ideal candidate will have 3D CG production experience, particularly with in-game graphic data. A university degree or 10 years of relevant experience is required. Proficiency in 3DS MAX/ZBrush is preferred, but experience with other DCC software will be considered.  The position offers flexible work hours and benefits vary between regular employment (260,000+ yen/month plus bonuses) and independent contractor (400,000+ yen/month).

                <li><p>Experience in 3D CG production</p></li>
                <li><p class="mt_1em">Especially experience with in-game graphic data production is a plus</p></li>

                  <p class="mt_1em">Either a graduation certificate from university (graduate school), or 10 years work experience relating to art or graphic design.</p>
                  <p>(Any period of time studying art or graphic design at school may be included under work experience.)</p>
