Join forces with our cross-functional teams to bring high-quality features and top-notch functionalities to life !</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">&nbsp;</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.&nbsp; Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</span></div></div><div class="section page-centered"><div><h3>Essential Job Duties</h3><ul class="posting-requirements plain-list"><ul><li>As an individual contributor, design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions for our SaaS platform</li><li>Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and plan development sprints</li><li>Implement and maintain best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation</li><li>Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members</li><li>Identify and address technical debt and performance issues</li><li>Participate in architectural design discussions and contribute to the evolution of our SaaS platform architecture</li><li>Actively participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives</li><li>Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth and development of the engineering team</li><li>Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into our software development processes</li></ul></ul></div></div><div class="section page-centered"><div><h3>Other Job Duties</h3><ul class="posting-requirements plain-list"><ul><li>Other duties as assigned by supervisor or HHA exchange leader.</li></ul></ul></div></div><div class="section page-centered" data-qa="closing-description"><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $110,000-$130,000, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">&nbsp;</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">This is a benefits-eligible position.
