This is a full-time, office-based position requiring a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and effective project management. As a Gaming Producer, you will be instrumental in transforming our gaming ideas into successful apps and games that resonate with our young audience.</p><p></p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end production process for our gaming projects on Roblox and mobile.</li></ul><ul> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business to develop engaging game experiences, ensuring alignment with our vision and franchises.</li> <li>Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and efficiently.</li> <li>Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and stakeholders to keep everyone aligned with project goals.</li> <li>Ensure games adhere to quality standards, focusing on creating successful, child-friendly gaming experiences.</li> <li>Stay abreast of industry trends, particularly in the children's gaming sector, to inform and inspire innovative project development.</li> </ul><p></p><h3><strong>Desired qualifications and requirements</strong></h3><ul><li>Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering games and apps.</li></ul><ul> <li>Strong familiarity with and experience on IOS, Android and on Roblox.</li> <li>Strong project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets.</li> <li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li> <li>Experience of working within ambiguous and unstructured environment, whilst embedding processes and procedures for gaming production&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>A deep passion for developing entertaining and safe gaming experiences for children.</li> <li>Knowledge of game design principles and a player-centric approach to development.</li> <li>Experience of working in a fast paced and commercially focussed environment </li> </ul></div></section>
