Free To Play Experience Designer - Expert

Creative Lead

As a Free To Play Experience Designer - Expert, you will be responsible for creating and implementing monetization strategies for mobile games. This includes analyzing game data, optimizing in-game economies and pricing, collaborating with various teams, and conducting A/B tests. The role involves staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, experience in data-driven decision-making, an understanding of player psychology, and experience with in-app purchases. The position requires the ability to effectively communicate insights and collaborate across teams.

You will

 Develop and execute monetization strategies for F2P mobile games

 Analyze game data to optimize in-game economy, pricing strategies, and user experience

 Collaborate with game designers, developers, and UA teams to align monetization with player engagement

 Conduct A/B tests and analyze player behavior to improve conversion and retention

 Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in F2P monetization

You should

 Proven experience in monetization, product management, or live operations in the mobile gaming industry

 Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making

 Understanding of player psychology and engagement mechanics in F2P games

 Be familiar with in-app purchases, ad monetization, and game economy balancing

 Have ability to collaborate across teams and communicate insights effectively
