Business Analyst (Data Team)

As a Business Analyst in the Data Team, you will collaborate with UA and game development teams to understand their data and reporting needs. You will take ownership of UA-related tasks, build and maintain dashboards for clear business insights, perform data validation, and support SQL/BigQuery tasks. Additionally, you will provide stakeholders with insights and recommendations, ensuring data effectively supports all main company products.

Must Have

• Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/data-focused role
• Comfortable working with SQL and BigQuery
• Experience or a strong willingness to work with UA/marketing metrics
• Understand how to structure, present, and explain analysis to different audiences
• Able to troubleshoot when data “doesn’t look right” and investigate root causes
• Experience with BI tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Superset, or similar)
• Comfortable working with multiple data sources, including 3rd-party APIs
• Communicate analytical concepts clearly, including to non-technical partners
• Proactive, curious, and willing to take initiative in improving processes

You will

• Work with UA and game development teams to understand their data and reporting needs
• Take ownership of UA-related tasks — from one-off analyses to troubleshooting tracking issues (MMP and Firebase)
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards that provide clear business insights
• Perform data validation, identify anomalies, and ensure data quality across pipelines
• Support SQL/BigQuery tasks, develop queries, and contribute to efficient data workflows
• Provide stakeholders with insights, recommendations, and improvements based on data
• Help ensure that our data supports all main company products effectively

You should

• Have experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/data-focused role
• Feel comfortable working with SQL and BigQuery (You will use them regularly)
• Have experience or a strong willingness to work with UA/marketing metrics

• Your monthly salary will be between 2500 - 3200 EUR (gross), depending on your level of experience
