Embarking on an exciting creative journey, we are in search of a talented Creative Producer who is eager to apply a creative and analytical approach &amp; skills to promote an app (Health&amp;Wellbeing industry). Challenges you'll meet: <ul><li>Create ad concepts, briefs for designers, and UGC scripts for content creators (for FB, Instagram, Google, TikTok)</li><li>Analyzing data from test campaigns (FB, Instagram, Google, TikTok)</li><li>Analyze market and competitors` ads &amp; performance</li><li>Constantly search for trends and new ideas</li><li>Collect insights about our users and new potential audience</li><li>Propose data-driven hypothesis, initiate and manage new tests</li><li>Prepare and participate in team brainstorming</li><li>Closely work with a cross-functional team (designers, UAM, PMM, Product team, etc.) </li></ul>
Skills and experience required for this position: <ul><li>3 year+ of work experience in a similar position </li><li>Expertise in Meta performance marketing and orientation to data-driven decisions</li><li>Familiarity with these or similar marketing &amp; project management tools (SimilarWeb, BigSpy, SensorTower, Asana, Confluence, etc.)</li><li>Strong knowledge of how to create catchy ads concepts that are oriented to a target audience</li><li>Experience in building and optimizing effective creative/production processes</li><li>Understanding of storytelling and directing basics </li><li>Attention to detail, high level of self-organization, and responsibility</li><li>Strong time management, ability to prioritize workflow</li><li>Be proactive, curious, creative, and have out-of-the-box thinking</li><li>Have no fear of testing and failing</li><li>Effective communication skills to be able to work in a cross-functional team</li><li>English B2+ level </li></ul>
Will be a plus: <ul><li>Expertise in Google, TikTok paid ads</li><li>Experience in leading marketing brunches/ mentoring team members </li><li>UGC expertise</li><li>Basics of working with content-generating or other AI tools </li><li>Project management skills</li><li>Experience of work with paid ads for an app product </li></ul>
