This position will manage the vehicle fleet including maintenance, and bookings by staff.</div><div><br></div></div><div class="section page-centered"><div><h3>Role &amp; Responsibilities</h3><ul class="posting-requirements plain-list"><ul><li><i>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</i></li><div><br></div><li>Develops, implements, and improves transportation policies and procedures </li><li>Processes transportation documentation and monitoring drivers' logbook entries. </li><li>Ensures all vehicles are inspected and maintained to ensure safety and efficiency. </li><li>Monitors compliance with WRC transportation regulations and safety standards. </li><li>Traffic violation management </li><li>Liaises with insurance companies and HO where necessary </li><li>Manages vehicle booking software management </li><li>Conducts staff driving tests </li><li>Maintains Fleet vehicle inventory </li><li>Safely and successfully drives 10-15 passenger vans.</li></ul></ul></div></div><div class="section page-centered"><div><h3>Knowledge, Skills, &amp;
