Job Description

Likewize is seeking an ambitious Account Coordinator to support client relationships, manage projects, and deliver exceptional results. This role involves leading and coordinating operations across retail, B2B, and direct-to-consumer channels, serving as a key link between internal teams and external partners. The coordinator will ensure flawless execution, identify new opportunities, and drive business initiatives that promote growth, efficiency, and customer impact within the tech protection and support solutions sector.
Must have:
  • Track shipments end-to-end and resolve aged, delayed, or missing orders.
  • Partner with commercial leads to prepare materials for client pitches and provide operational support.
  • Manage invoicing inputs, stock movements, and order reconciliations for assigned accounts.
  • Run regular outreach to re-activate incomplete or abandoned trades and improve conversion.
  • Handle escalations with customer service for delivery disputes, fraud, and damage claims.
  • Monitor master data quality, correct discrepancies, and maintain data integrity across platforms.
  • Support and lead workstreams: define requirements, prioritise backlogs, write user stories, and coordinate testing.
  • Serve as a primary contact for regional and external partners; align on processes and SLAs.
  • Raise and track orders, returns, and replacements; manage aged and uncollected items.
  • Produce weekly operational and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate UAT, document outcomes, and ensure adherence to agreed processes.
  • Analyse faults and variances, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements.
  • Respect Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures.
  • Strong stakeholder management and clear, concise communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of logistics, returns, and basic fulfilment processes.
  • Comfortable with data: extracting, validating, and presenting insights in reports/dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience contributing to change/projects using basic agile practices.
  • Proficient with spreadsheets and common business systems; able to learn new platforms quickly.

Role purpose

Lead and coordinate operations across retail, B2B, and direct-to-consumer channels, acting as the key link between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Logistics oversight – track shipments end-to-end, proactively resolve aged, delayed, or missing orders.
  • Account support – partner with commercial leads to prepare materials for client pitches and provide ongoing operational support.
  • Commercial administration – manage invoicing inputs, stock movements, and order reconciliations for assigned accounts.
  • Customer engagement – run regular outreach to re-activate incomplete or abandoned trades and improve conversion.
  • Issue resolution – handle escalations with customer service for delivery disputes, suspected fraud, and damage claims.
  • Data management – monitor master data quality, correct discrepancies, and maintain data integrity across platforms.
  • Project delivery – support and lead workstreams: define requirements, prioritise backlogs, write user stories, and coordinate testing.
  • Stakeholder liaison – serve as a primary contact for regional and external partners; align on processes and SLAs.
  • Order management – raise and track orders, returns, and replacements; manage aged and uncollected items.
  • Reporting – produce weekly operational and performance reports for internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Testing and compliance – coordinate UAT, document outcomes, and ensure adherence to agreed processes.
  • Continuous improvement – analyse faults and variances, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements.
  • Data Protection - Respect the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures.
