The Account Executive, Hospitality supports Managers and Directors in executing client programs, ensuring smooth project operations in a fast-paced agency. This role involves planning and managing premium hospitality programs, including guest registrations, communications, branding, ticketing, and VIP experiences. Responsibilities also include budget management, vendor sourcing, creative approvals, and developing client materials. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, and committed to exceptional client service, with travel required.
Must have:
  • Support planning and execution of premium hospitality programs.
  • Manage guest event registrations and communications.
  • Handle event branding, ticketing, and onsite experiences.
  • Coordinate talent appearances, VIP transportation, and hotel reservations.
  • Manage F&B, gifting, and video content capture.
  • Support budget management and vendor sourcing.
  • Develop run-of-show and internal coordination.
  • Manage creative ideation approval processes.
  • Develop presentation decks and client materials.
  • Travel as required.
  • 1-2 years experience in event and hospitality planning.
  • Agency experience.
  • Experience with guest registration platforms like Cvent.
  • Experience with client note-taking.
  • Experience with internal project management.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong personal accountability.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to proofread documents and provide quality control.
  • Comfort with presenting to clients.
  • Strong work ethic.

  • Undergraduate degree from a 4-year College or University.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

The Role and What You'll Do:

The Account Executive, Hospitality role is instrumental in the execution of client programs and is a critical part of our team. The individual will support Hospitality Managers and Directors in day-to-day project related tasks and work to ensure that our programs and projects are running smoothly. The Account Executive, Hospitality will operate in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment where every day is different. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, flexible, hard-working, and committed to providing exceptional service and work for our clients.

  • Support the Hospitality Managers and Directors with the planning and execution of premium hospitality programs (e.g., sporting and entertainment events, & VIP client experiences).
  • Support the planning and management of guest event registrations, event communications, branding, ticketing, onsite experiences, talent appearances, VIP transportation, VIP hotel reservations, F&B, gifting, video content capture.
  • Support budget management, vendor sourcing, run-of-show development, and internal coordination.
  • Manage the creative ideation approval processes with key internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Develop presentation decks and client materials to support hospitality activations, event strategy, and implementation.
  • Travel required.

You Have These:

  • 1-2 years experience in event and hospitality planning, sourcing, and execution with a hotel, convention center, DMC, production vendor, or 3rd party agency.
  • Agency experience required.
  • Experience with guest registration platforms, such as Cvent
  • Experience with client note-taking and internal project management.
  • Experience with ticketing, is a plus.
  • Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and personal accountability.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally; both in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to proofread documents and provide quality control.
  • Comfort with presenting and speaking to clients.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to help with any tasks.
  • Problem-solving in complex situations.
  • Pleasant, positive attitude.
  • Time management – ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
  • An undergraduate degree from a 4-year College or University
  • Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
