Purpose of Job:
Our Account Management team owns and manages partner relationships. We use data-driven analytics and industry knowledge to provide best-in-class support and strategic value to our partners. The Account Managers are a passionate, dynamic group of team players who work well together and cross-functionally with other departments, and of course, they’re fun, personable, and great at building exceptional relationships.
You'll be reporting to the Grocery Head - UAE.
Our work policy is hybrid, you will be expected to work from our DIFC office 3+ days a week.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo’s most important grocery partners
- Own relationships with key grocery industry stakeholders
- Accountable to improve/maintain in-store operational metrics
- Analyse data to drive growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Deliveroo
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to drive new initiatives
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives with your portfolio partners
- Negotiate new commercial rates with existing partners
- Use insights to expand grocery coverage across the UAE
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the FMCG industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well-organised with excellent team-player qualities
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
- Agile and highly adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
- Demonstrate strong competency using Microsoft Office tools and related project/program management applications to drive best practice
