Job Description

The London Stock Exchange Group is seeking an Account Manager for its Variable Rate Demand (VRD) team within its US Municipal Bond benchmark business. This role involves managing Remarketing Agent accounts, resolving data issues, assisting investor clients with rate and payment discrepancies, calculating invoices, monitoring billing, and running various client reports. The manager will also work with the tech and development teams to improve VRD revenue and client retention.
Must have:
  • Manage all Remarketing Agent accounts, enter Remarketing Agents’ rates each, resolve any issues with missing rates each week, add all new deals into the system as they are issued.
  • Assist investor clients with all rate issues, payment discrepancies, and product tool questions.
  • Calculate invoices and monitor billing for clients each month.
  • Run various reports for clients as requested, such as weekly/daily averages for specific LOC providers, Monthly Liquidity Rankings and Quarterly Remarketing Agent Rankings.
  • Verify that all clients' request lists are received and processed each day, ensure all clients' outgoing files are successfully generated, track and monitor dealer inbound data, work with the tech team to resolve any client data issues.
  • Work with development team to create processes to improve VRD revenue and assist in client retention and growth of existing revenue.
Good to have:

  • 1-3 years in the financial services

Job Details

The Account Manager will work closely with clients and both external and internal contacts to collect, format and analyze data and resolve client data issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all Remarketing Agent accounts, enter Remarketing Agents’ rates each, resolve any issues with missing rates each week, add all new deals into the system as they are issued.
  • Assist investor clients with all rate issues, payment discrepancies, and product tool questions.
  • Calculate invoices and monitor billing for clients each month.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Municipal bond and/or variable rate demand knowledge preferred
  • 1-3 years in the financial services preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills
  • Accounting and/or data entry experience a plus
