Job Description
Seedify, a global Web3 incubator and launchpad, is seeking an Accountant to manage and organize financial operations for Seedify and Seedworld. This critical role involves establishing robust financial processes, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements, and providing clear financial insights for strategic decision-making. The Accountant will handle entity and fund management, maintain accurate accounting records, manage tax obligations, translate digital asset activity, and deliver regular financial reports to stakeholders, contributing to operational stability and cost optimization.
Must have:
- Establish and maintain clear separation of finances across Seedify, Seedworld, and executive holdings.
- Set up and oversee wallets and bank accounts to ensure transparent entity-level accounting.
- Develop and maintain accurate accounting records for annual compliance requirements.
- Manage tax and annual return obligations for Seedworld and Seedify in coordination with jurisdiction-specific contractors.
- Translate digital asset activity into accounting records and tax-ready documentation.
- Design and implement robust financial processes to strengthen operational stability.
- Monitor and analyze monthly expenses, payroll, service pricing, and cash flows.
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Deliver regular financial reports to management and stakeholders.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize costs and improve financial decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, with exposure to multi-entity structures.
- Knowledge of international compliance, taxation, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency with accounting software and financial reporting tools.
Good to have:
- CPA/CA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience with blockchain, digital assets, or Web3 accounting highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Role Overview
The Accountant will play a critical role in managing and organizing financial operations for Seedify and Seedworld. This position requires a professional who can implement proper accounting structures, ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements, and provide clear financial insights to support strategic financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Entity & Fund Management
- Establish and maintain clear separation of finances across Seedify, Seedworld, and executive holdings.
- Set up and oversee wallets and bank accounts to ensure transparent entity-level accounting.
Accounting & Compliance
- Develop and maintain accurate accounting records for annual compliance requirements.
- Manage tax and annual return obligations for Seedworld and Seedify in coordination with jurisdiction-specific contractors.
- Translate digital asset activity into accounting records and tax-ready documentation.
Financial Planning & Processes
- Design and implement robust financial processes to strengthen operational stability.
