Advanced Development Technical Leader (m/w/d)

We are looking for YOU as Advanced Development Technical Leader (m/w/d) for our location in Bietigheim.

These challenges await you:

• Responsible for technical product development in line with economic goals and involving technical R&D employees
• Ensuring the provision of new product standards according to the definition in the approved project scope
• Creating a detailed work breakdown of activities to achieve defined milestones
• Regular reporting on the technical development status to the project manager or R&D manager
• Representing the R&D function for product technology to the customer or supplier
• Supporting the application R&D teams for the proper implementation of product standards in customer projects

This is how you inspire us:

• Completed engineering degree or comparable education in mechatronics or electronics
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills as well as good communication skills
• Teamwork, goal-oriented and structured way of working
• Ideally experience in Automotive SPICE®
• Experience in FMEA and patent analysis are an advantage
• Teamwork, willingness to travel
• Good German and English language skills
