What Will You Be Doing?
Gather required AML compliance documents and information
Review wallet account verifications and transactions for BSA/AML and OFAC compliance
Investigate suspicious activity and red flag alerts using AML software
Conduct in-depth research using tools like CLEAR and LexisNexis
Monitor and process STeP notifications promptly
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve AML issues and respond to inquiries
Act as a resource across departments for AML-related concerns
Stay current on BSA/AML and OFAC regulations through training and industry events
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
2+ years of experience in AML compliance, risk management, or a related field.
Direct experience investigating suspicious activity in a casino, bank, or financial institution.
Familiar with key compliance concepts, procedures, and industry best practices.
Strong understanding of legal terminology and compliance processes.
Experience with SAR filings; BSA eFiling is highly preferred.
Skilled in gathering and analyzing data, compiling reports, and drafting/editing professional documents.
Experienced in records and database management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
Comfortable using internal reporting systems and navigating compliance platforms.
