Marvell's Optical DSP application engineering group supports state-of-the-art technology for next-generation AI and datacenter applications. This role involves proactively supporting Marvell's Optical PAM4 DSP products, owning and driving customer issues to resolution, and acting as the interface between customers and Marvell to resolve technical issues. Collaboration with field application engineers and line managers is required to communicate customer needs to marketing and engineering.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Optical Engineering
  • Basic proficiency in C and Python
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good to have:
  • Solid understanding of digital signal processing (DSP), analog circuits, and system hardware
  • Hands-on lab experience with strong problem-solving abilities

As part of Marvell's Optical DSP application engineering group, you will work with state-of-art technology enabling next generation AI and datacenter applications at major cloud customers.

What You Can Expect

  • Proactively & efficiently support Marvell's Optical PAM4 DSP products
  • Own and drive customer issues to resolution
  • Act as the interface between the customer and Marvell to resolve technical issues
  • Requires collaboration with field application engineers and line managers to gather and communicate customer needs to marketing and engineering

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Optical Engineering
  • Basic proficiency in C and Python
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of digital signal processing (DSP), analog circuits, and system hardware
  • Hands-on lab experience with strong problem-solving abilities

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

27 - 53, $ per hour.

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
