Cedacri International, part of ION Group, is seeking an Application Management Specialist to manage suspicious or blocked financial transactions. This role involves monitoring and analyzing alerts, interacting with clients for information, verifying financial operations, collaborating with IT stakeholders for service continuity, and maintaining documentation. Your role:
As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for an Application Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment and will help define the best solutions for managing suspicious or blocked financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
-          Monitoring and analyzing alerts related to potential blocking events affecting the bank or its clients
-          Managing suspicious or blocked transactions and interacting with end clients to gather further information
-          Verifying and validating the authenticity of financial operations
-          Collaborating effectively with IT providers and stakeholders to ensure service continuity
-          Producing and maintaining technical and functional documentation
 
Other duties
We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands
 
Your skills, experience, and qualifications required
-         Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Economics
-         No prior work experience in software development required
-         Proficiency in written and spoken Italian
 
Knowledge of the following technologies: 
-         Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
-         Ability to use and query relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
-         Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira
-         Strong command of the Italian language, both written and verbal
