The Oil & Gas / Dairy team is directly responsible for the growth of offline transactions and users in these sectors at Paytm.
Must have:
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Drive swiping device sales in the assigned area.
  • Resolving merchant queries.
  • Drive overall engage merchant base.
  • Capable of hiring and building team.
  • Set clear team goals.
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
  • Oversee day-to-day operation.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
  • Motivate team members.
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching.
  • Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
  • Suggest and organize team building activities.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of Excel

– Oil & Gas / Dairy. This team is directly responsible for growth of Oil and Gas / Dairy offline transactions & users at Paytm.

Requirements:

  • 5+ yrs of experience of Distribution sales in EDC, fintech, Banking / Insurance Sales.
  • Set and track sales targets for the team.
  • Review of Sales Team.
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
  • Will be handling assigned territory for Oil and Gas.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of Excel (Optional).
