As an Art Producer for Eleventh Hour Games, you will manage the development, scheduling, and delivery of all visual assets for video game projects. You will bridge the art team, production, and other departments, ensuring artistic vision is achieved on time and within scope. This role requires excellent communication, project management, and team management skills, working with a global remote team. Responsibilities include managing asset delivery pipelines, planning, scheduling, and ensuring assets meet technical budgets and performance requirements. You will also check art assets for visual quality and proper implementation in the game.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of experience in game production or project management
  • Professional experience in a studio with full-cycle game release
  • Experience managing asset delivery pipelines
  • Good understanding of technical art practices
  • Ability to plan and identify issues
  • Sharp attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively under pressure
  • Love ARPGs

Job Details

What is your role? 

As an Art Producer for Eleventh Hour Games, you will help to manage the development, scheduling, and delivery of all visual assets for our video game projects. You will serve as the bridge between the art team, production, and other departments, ensuring that artistic vision is achieved on time and within scope. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment, and working in a fully remote studio that thrives on team members taking initiative and executing with passion. This role requires excellent communication skills, project management skills, and team management skills as you will be working with a fully remote global team.


Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of experience in game production or project management
  • Professional experience in a studio with full-cycle game release
  • Experience managing asset delivery pipelines across multiple art disciplines
  • Good understanding of technical art practices and in-engine implementation
  • Ability to plan ahead, think creatively, identify issues/roadblocks, and develop plans to prevent or minimize their impact on day to day operations
  • Good understanding of what it takes to build, track, and maintain schedules, and to drive projects to completion in a timely manner
  • Sharp attention to detail and organizational skills, and ability to work and communicate effectively under pressure
  • Love ARPGs


Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day communication and escalation with creative and operational stakeholders in order to efficiently manage execution of cross team initiatives
  • Own the pipeline, partner with discipline leads to determine time and people necessary to see projects through to completion. Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps considering dependencies across multiple development teams to ensure successful releases
  • Provide transparency on project status and risks to ensure they are properly informed of any impacts from upcoming releases
  • Communicate frequently with the rest of the production team and project leads on project status, risks, and opportunities
  • Ensure that assets fit within our technical budgets and meets our performance requirements
  • Check on every art asset that enters the game to gut check visuals and ensure they have been properly implemented
  • Be a representative of the art department and ensure their needs are met including but not limited to requesting and managing tools
  • Maintain and optimize task tracking and art production planning alongside the other art producer
